The Beach

Seems like every vacation we've had while here in Shanghai MUST have a beach. This was our closest thing...

A motor boat ride- LOL, Tim was just hoping none of the water splashed up and got on his skin (I won't fill you in on all the speculations as to where the sewer system unloads itself...).

The following couple pictures are self-portraits. See Hunter making sure his face was smiling in the wind. Cute little guy.

Hunter and Mom.

Tanner and Tim. Tanner taking it all in...

This is a 'man made' beach in the works. Talk about taking knock-off to the next levels, these Chinese can make anything. I'm sure it's going to be beautiful!

Check out the palm trees even!

Obviously, still missing the water. But I couldn't help but get excited about the idea of having water that the boys can swim outside of a swimming pool. Shanghai ceases to impress me :).

Great pics! It's just not possible for you to not look drop-dead gorgeous in a picture, is it! Tonight while we were riding bikes back home from the massage place (nothing's better after a long day of moving than a body massage!) we saw the biggest SNAKE in the bike path. By the time we turned around and I dug for my camera it was gone...right into the sewer drain. Yuck! So you never know what creepy crawly things are in sewers around here...not to mention everything above ground that gets washed under ground when it rains... yuck. Gotta say that Tim has the right idea to be cautious!! :D Love your sweet boys!!!

That water looks pretty good. I remember dying watching people take their morning swim in the pearl river. Looks like a great day with the family!

Looks like so much fun -- How is it that you can go boating and still look like you just walked out of a salon? Seriously, I love your posts.
