No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed!!

I got to volunteer in Hunter’s classroom. They asked parents to bring in a fun game for the kids to play. We brought in Monkeys jumping on the bed.

Here I am yelling “No more monkeys jumping on the bed!!’. Can you tell which kids had heard the song before… and weren’t freaked out by my rowdy yelling? LOL.

Hunter got to pick which of his friends got to pull a monkey out each time. We also sang that song about the “monkeys swinging from tree, teasing Mr. Alligator… can’t catch me”. Each of the kids got to pretend to be a wild animal that got to “Snap! That Monkey right out of that tree”, while they tried to catch one of the bouncing monkeys on the blanket.
