My Neighbors finally decorated for Halloween

Disclaimer: Please don't be offended by the above, it's just meant for a good chuckle. Really, my friends are funny. I once asked myself... what is one quality EVERY close friend of mine has? I thought of several, but the most common was that I could catch myself rolling over in laughter when in their company. I love it when people laugh, and I love to laugh too. It balances that twitch I get in my neck after re-folding towels in my linen closet (okay, under the bathroom sink in this smaller house we're in now).
