When Tanner has a fever, he likes to be held, all day. I really don't mind. It's nice just to slow things down and let everything else slip through the cracks while I hold little Toots.
The house will be a mess, don't return phone calls or emails etc. But, however, sometimes I need to get up for a minute, and this time the task was transferred to Hunter.
Here are pictures of Hunter holding Tanner when he was sick. Poor little guy.
Here's Hunter singing primary songs to little Tanner.
And here's Tanner asleep in Hunter's arms...
On another note:
for those of you who do the whole "Christmas card exchange", you probably noticed something new about our card this year. Something... hmmm, maybe I should've typed "someone".
But since I still can't blog about this (making it hard to even want to blog at all), the most important event in our family in the last 3+ years, then I'll share the other great events that happen around these parts.
Grateful Friday

Your pictures didn't make it into my computer. I hope I get to see them soon.
No pictures here either - but we loved the card and all new things :)
I loved your card too, Suzanne and can't WAIT to hear all the rest of the things going on in your life! Looks like lots of fun!
Thankfully the pictures worked just great for me...
Hunter is such a sweet big brother. He's got a big heart. You've done well to nurture that in him.
Trent couldn't say enough about your family and your new little addition. Loved the picture he took of Tim holding her!!
