Me: Look Hunter, Look what Auntie Manti got for you!
Hunter: What is it? It looks cool!
Me: You eat it. It's called Cotton Candy
Hunter: It goes in your mouth?
Me: Just put it in your mouth, it's sweet.
Hunter: It feels funny. Mommy, cotton does NOT go in your mouth!
Hunter: (thinking it's totally weird, and it's gotta be somehow laced with vegetables).
Hunter: Mommy, it's sticky too.
Me: Just go for it dude. You'll love it.
And he did. First time for everything.

Boy he's a cutie....you did something right if he trusted you to just go for it...cotton candy, it's been years since I've had that!
So exciting to experience a child's first cotton candy. Yum! I remember getting my first cotton candy at the Del Mar Fair. Ah the memories.
