Omlet 101 lesson for Holly

Since we now have our shipment, Tim says there are no excuses for me not cooking. True. So, after seeing the chinese version of scrambled eggs (greasy, a bit dry, and brown), I showed Holly, our Ayi how to make an omelet. I learned all the details of omelet making in school, so I wasn't sure if she'd catch on.

The next morning, she greeted me with an omelet. Her omelet (which I don't have a picture of) turned out YARDS prettier and tastier than the one I made above. Props to Holly! I'm so impressed!
