My mom used to sing a folk song to us called "There's a hole in the bucket", it just goes too perfectly with this post.
Liza's sound advice to Henry was to fix the hole with a straw... (see above picture... water leaking from the ceiling).
Here's what happened: Ayi came rushing in while I was showering, telling me to turn off the water.
...because it was coming down through the ceiling of the bottom floor. Notice the above pic- there is a perfectly cut out patched square in the ceiling, where the same problem happened before.
I wish I could show you the video footage of how fast it was coming down, like a storm- and that was after I'd turned the water off.
The funny part? They have not sealed/patched-up the ceiling since they cut out a new square to replace the old wet (square) part of the ceiling.
Why add a step to the process?
