My First Garden

For Young Womens, Lucy Shen taught us all how to grow seedlings. I chose green onions, because I like to fake like a gourmet chef and sprinkle them on top of omelets. Tim, the poor guy, only gets that kind of breakfast when we have company. I'll try to be better, babe, promise!

Anyway, to my surprise, within weeks my little miracles popped right up.

Hunter didn't get why we had to grow grass inside when we have so much of it outside.

This was about all I got from it's first trim.

And there ya go. Note: my sister-in-law and nephew were visiting from America, and happened to be the first to try this first crop. But I pretended that this is how we eat all the time, fresh from the garden. Tim was just happy to get an occasional omelet.

Looks like you've got a green thumb as well as all that other creative stuff. Looks yummy...and best of all, when the growing season is over, it looks like it's disposable....no rototilling needed! Love and miss you all! Hugs to my boys!!
