Tefl International

For those of you who don't know... I did a Tefl International Course while here in China. There are many ways to take the course- night classes, weekend classes etc.

I joined these guys, and took the one month- 8 hour a day crash course.

And the best part? The people I met.

Janice- a humanitarian by nature, with experience in serving in Guatemala
Meg- A hotel manager from Taiwan
Charmain- An international banker from India
John- A paramedic/fireman from the USA
Angela- An entrepreneur/investor from New Zealand
Bell- A vivacious soul from Australia, heading to Hong Kong to teach
Nicole- A brilliant young lady from Hong Kong
Danica- From a Slavic country (I'm forgetting already!) who's husband is here with the consulate
David- Marketing firm owner from Ireland
Fran- Architect from California

Luckily, it was only for one month. It happened to overlap almost exactly with Youth Conference that Tim and I were in charge of (a whole 'nother post!). Luckily, we had the best ever committee members that were anxious to help the youth have a great conference.

Might I just say- this was the craziest month of my life! I can't believe I actually got through with everything, and lived to tell the story!
