Christmas in April

Drumroll please.... THURSDAY OUR SHIPMENT COMES!!!

In the background, see that each room was bare except with one mattress on the floor with just sheets on it, and a throw blanket. The mattresses here are brick hard... we're so excited for our American ones!!



Here's the truck... can I get a hey over here?! I was jumping up an down!


This is the "after" picture of all the papers our stuff was packed with. Save a tree! Overload! We had about three piles this big; they managed to lay them flat to fit it all in one run.


This is Mr. HU, he works for maintenence. He is about 70 years old. You can tell he is from a rural part of China, b/c even my driver can't understand his Chinese. He loves loves loves his job, and is always smiling! We always go out of our way to say hello to him.
