If you look at the right hand column on my blog and scroll down, towards the bottom there are two links. "Blog Background" is where I downloaded the paper from. (she has a lot of cute papers!) And "Blog Design" are the instructions for doing it.
If you ever make it to HK for a visit, let me know! Where in China are you living?
Suzanne, Once you ge thte whole scrapbook background figured out then you can teach me how to do that! I have been wanting to for a while. Did you buy scrapbook software? What did you get?
