"Okay, so I totally took you up on your challenge and I totally did it but I'm stupid because I didn't get before and after pictures. Defeats the purpose, right?! Wrong. It was a project that I had put off since April and now it's done thanks to you. My whole family thanks you also because we now have a working front door handle that is no longer a fire hazard and we don't have to ask people to open the front door for us when they come over, we can actually open it ourselves!
