My Dapper Boys

Tim's mom gave me these vests some time ago. I've kept them in storage until this year they were finally able to wear them. I believe they are from Ireland?? And I think (if I remember right) that Tim and all his siblings wore them for a family picture once.

I really should have better pictures. But I just wanted you to see these old-fashioned ultra-cute vests.

Thanks grandma Calton.

The vests are actually from Scotland, which is where Grandpa Calton served his mission and where his grandparents were born. The girls each had a skirt, vest, and blouse. They wore them to Church nearly every Sunday during the winter until they grew out of them. They are typical Scottish clothing. I believe they still wear them in Scotland now. Jack brought them back after a trip over there in honor of his Scottish heritage which now passes down to the next generation. - Grandma Calton
